3x10@15# curls, front raises, side raises
3x10@35# shoulder shrugs
75 decline sit ups

Shoulders were hurting like crazy after. Felt better the next day. Over did it on the sit ups. Took 4 days for my stomach/ribs to stop feeling like they were bruised.
